Mala
A mala originally is a hinduistic and buddhist tool for prayer and meditation. It is used to count mantras during meditation. A mantra is a collection of words, often from Sanskrit, which is repeated several – traditionally 108 – times. While repeating, you focus on the meaning and vibration of the words, possibly combined with the accompanying visualisation. By training in a meditation practice like this, your thoughts come to rest and your body relaxes. Nowadays, a mala is also worn as a fashion accessory.

1. General Information
All orders are subject to stock availability. If the item is not in stock at the time of order, we will contact you and offer an alternative item or refund you the total amount of the item, using the original method of payment. All packages will be sent with a receipt included, if you wish to have us leave out the receipt in the case of the package being a gift or otherwise, please let us know. Raven Spirit is not liable if the wrong address is given to us by the customer. In this case, please let us know to change the address
IMMEDIATELY as we will not be able to do anything about it after it has been shipped.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
– All orders will be sent through An Post, and we aim to have your order with you within 3-5 days.
– We charge € 4.95 flat rate for standard post with. Most items cost us €6.20 to post by
standard post, that’s before the cost of packaging so we absorb a lot of the cost.
– Orders are available for FREE click and collect from Atlantis Holistic Store, Linenhall Street, Castlebar, Co.Mayo, Connacht, ROI.

- Ireland & Northern Ireland – €4.95
- FREE click and collect
- FREE SHIPPING on orders over €60 within Ireland.
- United Kingdom – €9.50
