Before you begin your smoke cleanse, remember to open a door or window as the unwanted negative energy you are trying to release must have a pathway to get out.
How To Use:
Once you are ready to start cleansing, grab the stick as far from the end you are burning as possible.
Hold the stick at a 45-degree angle, over a full flame like a candle or lighter.
Make sure to rotate the cleansing stick over the full flame as you hold it at the 45-degree angle. Let it burn for about 3 seconds.
Gently blow out the flame so that you can see orange embers at one end which indicates a well-lit sage.
Very Important:
Please make sure there is a good source of airflow. If you are indoors please turn on a fan or open a window. This will help in keeping the embers burning and producing smoke.
Now you may start the process of cleansing your space. Please be safe, as the cleansing stick can get quite hot. Be cautious and keep out of reach from children, pets and flammable material.
